IT VENTURES
What we love is to invest in people and ideas. Within IT Ventures DUODEKA acts as an investor, not so much in monetary resources, but in knowledge, skills and labor. Each project can be looked at a remuneration model. The general guideline is that the cost of our labor is billed. That is our financial engine, but also creates a commitment by the partner. The remaining value we add is reflected back to a share in the company in question.

BUSINESS PROGRAMMING
At DUODEKA you communicate directly with developers that have a sensitive eye for the technique and the business. Within Business Programming, DUODEKA leads the development process. We strongly focus on the business-side, as well towards the organization as the development process itself. Programming is not always the solution. In phases, together we work on translating the needs to a concrete solution. For this purpose sprints are purchased on a subscription bases. Per sprint we determine in which phase the process is and whether and what needs to be developed.

We stimulate learning and are quick on our feet. We make it smart. DUODEKA helps you with defining your needs. We analyze your business processes and the market in order to clarify how your business can be better supported. Being a young multidisciplinary team of university graduates, we are naturally motivated to help your organisation thrive.
