Finding that sweet spot in maintaining a start-up culture at an established company is a juggling act worth the effort. Our vibrant culture relies on expertise being freely shared, accessible management and leadership teams, and casual, laid-back atmosphere. Creating a comfortable, productive and creative environment is more important than showing up for work in a suit and tie. Starting out in 2001 in the small town of Sittard as just three engineers, we're now 80 people strong and behind some of the biggest media enterprises in the world, getting the results they strive for. This is just the beginning.
