I am a personal trainer dedicated to motivate people towards a healthy lifestyle. I am offering personal training in your home, outdoors or at a gym if you have access. I base my training on the scientific principles of the International Sports Science Association in which I received my credentials as a personal trainer. I have a background in Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazillian Jiu Jitsu and can incorporate anyone of these into your training if desired. My goal is to personalize your workout so that it motivates you towards achieving your goals.
