Asian And European Medical Centre is dedicated to East Asian Medicine in the first place. East Asian medicine is the medical tradition which has been spread from China to all the East Asian countries. This clinic is specialized in Japanese acupuncture which is a very refined form of acupuncture. It is very close to the Classical Chinese tradition which has been partly lost in Mainland China in the last century due to political and social developments. The great advantage of Japanese acupuncture is that it is very gentle and doesn't hurt, but it is at the same time extremely effective. A great variation of diseases can be treated. Treatments are often supported with Herbs (Chinese or European) and dietary advice. Also elements from other EurAsian traditions are integrated , like Greco Arabic Medicine (Unani), Ayur Vedic and Tibetan medicine.

Something about myself:

I have been studying for more than 30 years East Asian medicine. At the same time I have studied other medical traditions like Unani, Ayur Vedic and Tibetan medicine Also I have studied modern Western medicine. In my clinic I try to integrate these principles in an eclectic approach to medicine. My main specialization is however Japanese acupuncture. My clinic exists in Voorburg already 25 years and in Haarlem since 7 years.

I am based in Holland but work also from time to time in other countries like Lebanon and Turkey. I speak Dutch, English, French, Turkish and a little Persian.
