We manage relocation of: childcare facilities, schools, training centers, individuals, expats (businessmen, diplomats relocated for a number of years) or your move to the island of your dreams. Via main European ports such as Rotterdam and Amsterdam (Schiphol) airport we carry out relocations in all European Union countries, including Switzerland.
Moving can be a hectic period and can cause a lot of stress. We believe it is our duty and responsibility to alleviate this as much as possible. With over 30 years of experience, we have become relocation managers rather than traditional movers. We don’t just move boxes, we move you and your family and help you get settled comfortably in your new environment. Obviously we have knowledge of the export and import of furniture, vehicles and pets, worldwide.
We work with selected partners or we can work with the supplier of your own choice. We work according to a provided quotation and on a fixed fee basis.
Our relocation service goes beyond just arranging a move. In advance, we agree with the client on a relocation services package. This prevents confusion about the services we provide to the moving family and at the same time allows full financial control by the client. From the time that an international transfer is confirmed, Yellow Move manages and controls the entire process. SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) is to begin the relocation process by meeting with the
relocating family. This allows us to understand the individual family situation, their peculiar needs and to explain the available options within the framework of the agreed upon relocation service package.
