Holistic massage is a treatment tailored to YOU! Sophie works in a way which empowers you to create the best massage plan for you, no assumptions or routines. We work with what is here in the now.

Holistic massage acknowledges that we have a physical body e.g (our muscles and bones). An emotional body and an energetic body. Whether you come with achy muscles from over work or poor posture, stress, or just need space to just be....Sophie strives to enable you to feel safe and cared for so relaxation and healing can take place.

When can I book?
- Friday's between 15.00-21.00
- (Saturdays are also available on request).

How much does it cost?
- 50 Euros for 1 hour massage (including consultation and aftercare)
- 180 Euros for 4 x 1 hour massages (when purchased in advance as a block)
